Suspension Lift Kits Sydney

If your vehicle is carrying additional weight like a canopy, toolboxes, barwork or towing setup, it might be time for a Suspension Lift Kit. The extra load affects how your vehicle handles, ground clearance and overall driving performance.

 Our Ironman 4×4 Suspension Lift Kits provide up to 2 inches of additional lift, and deliver springs matched to your vehicles' actual load, whether constant or occasional. We'll help you choose the correct Suspension Kit so your vehicle has the right spring rate to maintain ride height, control body movement, and stay within your GVM.

We can install your suspension lift kit on site at our Mulgrave workshop, or if you're within 50kms of the Hawkesbury area, our mobile installers will come to you!

 

What’s in our Suspension Lift Kits

Our Suspension Lift Kits are supplied as matched systems for both axles, with springs and shocks matched to your vehicle load class. Depending on your vehicle’s front suspension design, the spring component will be coil springs or an upgraded torsion bar. Most setups provide up to a 2" lift when correctly specified for added accessories and cargo.

Depending on the make and specific kit, our suspension lift kits typically include:

  • Front dampers (struts/strut inserts/shocks) ×2
  • Rear shock absorbers ×2
  • Front spring set ×1 (coil springs or upgraded torsion bar, depending on vehicle)
  • Rear coil spring set ×1
  • Required fitment hardware (e.g., bushes, U-bolts/shackles where applicable)

Up to 2" lift to Restore Ride Height and Clearance

Our Ironman 4×4 suspension lift kits are engineered to provide up to a 2-inch lift, restoring lost ride height caused by heavy accessories such as bull bars, canopies, winches, roof racks, or drawer systems. 

This additional lift helps maintain safe clearance over gutters, ruts, job site entries and off-road trails, while keeping your vehicle level and stable. By maintaining a more neutral stance, your suspension performs more predictably under braking and cornering. 

Every lift is matched to your vehicle and load class, helping reduce sag and preventing uneven tyre wear, while staying compliant with NSW suspension and ride height regulations.

Heavy-duty Shocks and Springs Built for Worksites and Loaded Conditions

Each suspension lift kit pairs load-matched coil or leaf springs with a choice of Nitro Gas, Foam Cell or Foam Cell Pro shocks. 

Foam Cell and Foam Cell Pro options feature oversized 64mm shock bodies and 18mm rods for improved oil volume and durability, reducing fade on long drives or corrugated surfaces.
